Hello, my name is Charles and I am an artist from Ipswich, MA. I graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Writing in 2015. And after spending a few years teaching ESL and kneading donut dough in Prague, I moved back to the homeland, settled down in Brooklyn, and earned my graphic design certificate from the New York Institute of Art and Design.

In my free time I enjoy kicking back with my friends and enjoying some sunshine in Herbert Von King. Other than that, I’m an avid audio technician, who writes and records his own music. Alongside my bandmate I have recorded, mixed, and mastered two official albums under the band alias Dreamed The Northerner, and there is surely more to come. I also love taking photographs with my Olympus OM-1 and doodling in my notebook.

I’m a simple and elaborate designer. I like to pick a subject and make it the centerpiece, diminishing the distractions around it. I’m unafraid of color, but black and white schemes can be just as beautiful. The first thing I do before a design is research. It’s nice to know what’s out there before you start, don’t you think? I enjoy playing around with retro and modern styles, and I enjoying rearranging shapes and patterns. I was always really good at Tetris. Most importantly, I’m devoted to getting the design you want and need.
